3-Me-PCPy

3-Me-PCPy (another name: 3-Methyl-PCPy) is a dissociative substance of the arylcyclohexylamine class, an analog of PCP with an unusual spectrum of pharmacological properties and effects.

3-Me-PCPy is a homologue of Phencyclidine(PCP).
Pharmacolgy
3-Me-PCPy is relatively new and little studied, there are few data on its pharmacological and toxicological properties.

This substance has an unusual spectrum of effects and causes both stimulating and dissociative effects different from the designer drugs of this subtype, causing a strong euphoria. 3-Me-PCPy acts as a powerful NMDA antagonist and inhibitor of serotonin, dopamine and noradrenaline reuptake.
Effects
This substance can act as a sedative as well as a stimulant, depending on the dosage; dissociative effects occur only in higher dosages.
All exposure to the drug is accompanied by pronounced euphoria, starting at low dosages.

Germany: NpSG, Industrial and scientific use only.
UK: Class B.
This could be covered by the PCP analogues control legislation in such countries as Australia and Japan where the substance is controlled for use and trafficking.
