3,4-Methylenedioxy-α-pyrrolidinoisohexanophenone (other names: MDPiHP, 3,4-Methylenedioxy PiHP) is a stimulant of the cathinone class, developed as a replacement for MDPV and has similar effects.

Pharmacology
This substance has been little studied and there is little data on its pharmacological and toxicological properties. All the data presented are based on data from studies on mice. MDPiHP can cause effects such as stimulation, increased blood pressure, dilated pupils, long staying awake, concentration in moderate doses, euphoria.
Legal status
This substance is relatively new and its legal status is not entirely clear. MDPiHP may not be legal in countries where mdpv analogues are controlled.
