25B-NBOH

25B-NBOH ( NBOH-2C-B, 2C-B-NBOH) is a phenylethylamine class substance with stimulating and psychedelic effects, is a related analogue of 25B-NBOMe and 2C-B, and possesses most of the properties of these substances.

25B-NBOH is a serotonergic N-benzyl derivative of the psychedelic 2C-B and is a substituted phenylethylamine with CH3O methoxy groups, which is connected to the carbon atoms R2 and R5, another bromine atom, is connected to the carbon R4 and differs from 2C-B by replacing the amine (NH2) with a BOH-2-hydroxybenzyl group, which It consists of OH hydroxyester bound to a benzene ring.

Pharmacology

25B-NBOH is a powerful agonist of 5-HT2A receptors, with a pEC50 value of 9.87 nM, and also causes effects such as stimulation comparable to the effects of MDMA, numbness in the mouth, euphoria, changes in visual perception, various hallucinations comparable to LSD, psilocin and DMT.
